Here is another (hopefully useful) guide. It is a frequent question... "do I need to drain the tank to remove it?" The answer is NO, and this how-to-document will guide you through.

Thanks to members of the forum for their contribution, ideas, pictures, etc. I won't name anyone in particular as I may forget some of the contributors :goofy:

As always, comments are welcome.

Thanks to you. The opportunity came last Sunday to take some pics, so there I was :D.

The next guide, I am not sure, on the cards: chain, carburator (this would take some time  ), cush drive, forks?, charging system (this one should be easy/quick now that I have pics with normal and abnormal readings)... anyone needs a guide on something? any suggestions?

How about how to rub back the fork legs and polish them to a great finish, ill donate my bike for you to use/take pictures of! ;)
Can't find that chapter in my Worshop manual :p

Seriously, I have seen the lower forks and radiator sides polished/painted and they look great. C'mon, someone out there who has done it must have a digital camera... or I could turn up if someone is going to start polishing ;)

polished my rad covers and forks already with my dremmel and a polishing end. Not 100% perfect but looks way better than when i bought it.

Could also do with padding out the cush drive but thats a job for a later date.
